Atlantans will have to live without some of the city’s most famous chicken and waffles for at least two days.

Following a raid by the IRS, Gladys Knight’s Chicken and Waffles has immediately shuttered all three locations, the AJC reports.

Knight’s son, who manages the restaurants, is the subject of an investigation involving $1 million. She is not involved in the investigation.

Channel 2 Action News reports that the restaurants could reopen as soon as Thursday, possibly under state control.

2016 hasn’t been the best year for Gladys Knight’s Chicken and Waffles, which also made headlines in February for failing its health inspection with a score of 56 out of 100.
