ChefSuite is planned for 5875 Buford Highway, a former auto repair shop. Multiple permits have been filed in Gwinnett County for the project.

“ChefSuite is a full-service commercial cooking facility with private kitchens rented by restauranteurs for the preparation of food for pick-up and delivery,” says the company’s website

“Located in Downtown Historic Norcross, our second location is right in the middle of the vibrant food, art and retail scene.”

The Norcross location is expected to open in summer 2023, according to ChefSuite’s website.

Jay Modi and Jarnail Tucker founded ChefSuite during the pandemic, recognizing the need to help restaurateurs.

“They teamed up to create a business plan for a ghost kitchen that would actually help restaurateurs succeed, placing a greater emphasis on supporting chef tenants,” says the company’s website.

ChefSuite says it offers its tenants consulting services and discounted vendor rates, among other perks to help restaurateurs get up and running.

An interview with the ChefSuite team is forthcoming.
