The new studio is the first of three Atlanta-area CycleBar locations coming from East Cobb business partners and friends Lee Oesterling and Kirsten Rickers.

“More than 54 million Americans are working out at boutique fitness studios, which makes it the fastest growing sector of the fitness industry,” Oesterling said in a press release Wednesday.

“We look forward to introducing the benefits of CycleBar workouts to East Cobb.”

To celebrate this grand opening, CycleBar East Cobb is offering 50 free classes over 10 days. These “CycleBlast” rides take place from April 6 through April 16, and registration is required at eastcobb.cyclebar.com.

CycleBar offers a pay-per-class model, with no membership necessary. Concierge service and amenities include towels, showers, lockers and shoes. The classes take place in a “CycleTheatre” and are led by “CycleStar” instructors who take participants through a 50-minute ride.

The CycleTheatre features tiers for 48 bikes plus LED lighting, wide-screen graphics and audio with a DJ booth. Riders can also track performance data via “CycleStats” and can download music used in the class session. After class, riders cool down with fruit, water, and aromatherapy.

CycleBar East Cobb is the third location of the indoor cycling studio franchise in Georgia. Cyclebar has outposts in Buckhead and Dunwoody.
