Over a phone interview with What Now Atlanta, Scott, who with Christiansen opened his first Crumbl Cookies in August 2020 in Marietta, said “We love the Crumbl brand…we were trying to find something that is a really great, up-and-coming brand, and that’s how we landed on Crumbl.” In the last year and a half, the franchisees have opened locations in Kennesaw and Lawrenceville as well.

Now Scott and Christiansen have their sights set on Snellville, Buford, Flowery Branch, and Sandy Springs.

The Snellville and Buford locations are the next to open; both are already in permitting phase. The former will open in the Presidential Markets in May, while the latter will be located across from the Mall of Georgia and will open in June. July and August are the respective months for when the Flowery Branch and Sandy Springs locations are expected to open.

When looking at where to expand to, Scott says retail power centers are the main draw. He is currently working to get approved for six more storefronts, although he hasn’t settled on locations for those just yet.

If you haven’t indulged in the Crumbl brand, you’re probably missing out. “Most people, when they try it, they’re avid fans of the brand,” Scott said. “I mean when you have delicious cookies, it’s kind of hard not to love it.” In addition to weekly rotating cookie flavors served fresh out of the brand’s famous pink box, Crumbl also serves up scoops of its signature ice creams.
