THRIVE Coworking is coming this fall to 3176 Main Street, across from Duluth City Hall.

THRIVE offers a variety of work spaces, including offices and meeting rooms designed for entrepreneurs, professionals and freelancers. Members get access to coffee, tea and snacks, as well as events and activities.

Founded in 2015 in Alpharetta, THRIVE has since expanded to six states. The company aims to open locations in walkable neighborhoods, with member discounts at local retailers.

The new space in Duluth would be the eighth Georgia location of THRIVE, which can currently be found in Alpharetta, Canton, Cumming, Gainesville, Milton, Snellville and Suwanee. A location is also planned for Roswell.

An event on Sept. 26, 2024, will allow visitors to get a sneak peek at the upcoming space in Duluth. The location offers more than 18,800 square feet of newly built spaces across two floors, with lots of natural light and greenery.

Coworking spaces have become popular in recent years, as remote work became more common during and after the COVID-19 pandemic. There are several companies providing variations of the concept, including Switchyards (which also recently expanded to Roswell) and Roam.
