A recent permit filing indicates a building remodel at 3176 Main Street.

Cara Lamb, National Director of Coffee Shops for Land of a Thousand Hills Coffee, confirmed the new location with What Now Atlanta and that it will be a corporate-owned store, but no further information was immediately available.

The space for the Land of a Thousand Hills Coffee measures 1,100 feet, according to the building permit filing. The building will also house a Thrive coworking space opening in September.

Land of a Thousand Hills Coffee is an Atlanta-based roasting company and specialty coffee franchise with locations in eight states. In addition to Georgia’s upcoming Duluth location, Land of a Thousand Hills Coffee can be found in Roswell, the Old Fourth Ward, Downtown Atlanta and Midtown Atlanta.
