According to a building permit application, the CabanaCoast showroom is being built out on the 6th floor in suites B1-B7. The space is 4,976 square feet, and the scope of the construction includes new display walls and electric work.

CabanaCoast is a luxury outdoor furniture brand based in Ontario. The products for both residential and commercial use include chaise lounges, sofas, daybeds, dining tables and chairs, fire pits, umbrellas and cushions.

AmericasMart Atlanta is a large wholesale trade market in Downtown Atlanta showcasing home, gift and apparel merchandise. The center is host to several annual markets and shows that serve specialty retailers, designers and major buying groups, including Atlanta Market (January 2024) and Casual Market Atlanta (July 2024). With the first building originally opening in 1961, the center underwent renovation in 2020. It has more than 400 permanent showrooms.

AmericasMart merged with ANDMORE, formerly International Market Centers, in 2018, to become the world’s largest owner and operator of premier showroom space.
