Bruxie will have a grand-opening celebration in Chamblee on April 6, 2024. This is the restaurant’s second location in Georgia. (The first is in Athens.)

“We are beyond excited to see how Bruxie will contribute to the ever-changing culinary landscape of Atlanta,” CEO Scott Grinstead said. “Bruxie offers a refreshing and innovative restaurant experience that Atlantans deserve. From our distinctive waffle sandwiches and hand-crafted chicken tenders to our homemade sauces and indulgent shakes, we’re thrilled to be joining Atlanta’s creative and esteemed food scene.”

Bruxie prides itself on a friendly atmosphere, high-quality ingredients, time-intensive processes and proprietary recipes. The menu features hand-crafted chicken tenders, waffle sandwiches and shakes made with real Wisconsin custard. Sauces are made in-house daily, produce is freshly chopped onsite, and chicken is marinated for 24 hours before being fried. The Belgian-inspired waffle batter was designed to have light and airy texture with a crispy finish.

“We take great pride in bringing our unique menu to the dynamic Chamblee community, infusing it with a distinct riff on the classic Southern staple,” said Neal Starling, partner for the Bruxie location in Chamblee. “With our doors open, Bruxie is poised to establish itself as an integral part of Atlanta’s culinary scene, offering an unparalleled dining experience to Chamblee and its neighboring areas. We are eager to welcome new guests to enjoy Bruxie’s unconventional sandwiches, tenders, salads and desserts firsthand.”

Bruxie currently operates eight locations in Southern California. The brand has an eye on continued expansion in California and Georgia this year.
