Set on 12 acres just off Marietta Boulevard, Broadstone Upper Westside is steps from local breweries and restaurants, and down the street from the Publix-anchored Morris Mill Center and The Works.

“With its unique historical and industrial roots, the Upper Westside has emerged as one of the most in-demand neighborhoods in Atlanta, so we are thrilled to open Broadstone Upper Westside right in the heart of the excitement just 15 minutes from Downtown,” Noah Randall, Alliance Residential managing director, said. “With so much of the neighborhood having industrial roots, we wanted to create a residential experience that felt tranquil, luxurious, and highly curated. And, because it is tucked back off the main road, Broadstone Upper Westside offers a peaceful retreat without sacrificing access to all the energy and entertainment that makes urban living so desirable.”

Apartment homes feature custom shaker-style cabinetry, decorative tile backsplashes, quartz countertops, high-end plumbing, and lighting fixtures, soaking tubs, furniture-style vanity cabinetry, and upgraded walk-in closets. Select units feature entertainment islands, convertible dry bar/built-in desks, mudroom benches, and uninterrupted skyline views of Midtown, Downtown, and Buckhead. Prices for the units are $1,490 for a studio, $1,670 for a one-bedroom, and $2,250 for a two-bedroom.

The community’s sophisticated amenities mimic those of a private residential estate including a demonstration kitchen and dining room/sunporch for hosting events; retro-inspired TV den; arcade and game room featuring a high-end billiards table, vintage video arcade and Skee-Ball® machine; record lounge with record player and vintage vinyl; library and private work stations; 24-hour fitness center; dry cleaning station with a state-of-the-art Presso self-service dry cleaning kiosk; and a two-tier outdoor courtyard featuring a resort-style saltwater pool, grilling pavilion, firepit and ample outdoor seating. Pet owners will also enjoy a self-serve pet spa featuring pet wash and dry stations and a tennis ball dispenser, as well as a fully gated dog park. A seven-level parking deck offers 467 parking spaces including 14 EV charging stations.

Broadstone Upper Westside is Alliance’s latest offering amidst a spate of apartment openings and new development investments in the greater Atlanta area over the past few months. In January, the company opened Broadstone Pullman, the first apartment community in the Pratt Pullman District in the historic Kirkwood neighborhood. In late 2021, Alliance closed on land acquisitions for new apartment communities including Broadstone Metal Works in downtown Atlanta, Broadstone Peachtree Corners in Peachtree Corners, Ga., and Prose Fairview in Covington, Ga.
