Broadstone 2Thirty, a 278-unit apartment community located along Memorial Drive Corridor, is now open.
Designed by Dynamik Design, Broadstone 2Thirty offers a mix of studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments that average 790 square feet and feature nine-foot-high ceilings.
Community amenities include a rooftop resort-style pool and clubroom, game parlor, rideshare waiting area, private focus rooms, and a fitness center.
