“With so much energy and revitalization coming to the Memorial Drive corridor, we are thrilled to bring our brand of living to the neighborhood with the development of Broadstone Metal Works,” Noah Randall, Managing Director at Alliance Residential Company, said in a press release this week. “From its short commute to downtown jobs and easy access to the city’s top dining and entertainment districts to its proximity to expansive greenways and parks, this neighborhood is the perfect recipe for urban luxury living.”
Broadstone Metal Works will be a five-story building with a mix of studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments averaging 790 square feet. Apartments will feature nine-foot ceilings, stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, and hardwood flooring.
Amenities will include a rooftop pool, co-working space, entertainment clubroom, and a fitness center. Amenities and select apartment homes will also benefit from downtown views.
It’s been an active two years for Alliance Residential Company with seven projects in the Metro Atlanta area. Broadstone Upper Westside will open its doors for leasing in January 2022. In August 2020, the company welcomed residents to Broadstone Junction in Norcross and Broadstone Sugar Hill, and began construction at Broadstone Pullman, the only multifamily property at the historic Pratt Pullman District.
In April 2021, the company welcomed residents to Broadstone Summerhill, a multifamily development in the heart of the Summerhill neighborhood, and also submitted plans for its Moreland project, shown above. More recently, in November 2021, the company acquired 9.23 acres to develop Broadstone Peachtree Corners and 36.16 acres to develop Prose Fairview in Covington.
