Broadstone Summerhill joins an ever-growing list of restaurants and retailers opening in the area under the direction of Carter, including plans for a Publix supermarket.

“We are proud to be a partner in the renaissance of the historic Summerhill neighborhood, and look forward to our residents being part of this thriving community,” Noah Randall, Alliance’s managing director, said in the release. “As the most recent addition to the revival of the neighborhood, Broadstone Summerhill provides luxury rental options to this flourishing area and seamlessly blends into the community’s fabric. At the heart of it all, any quintessential Atlanta experience is just a short walk or scooter ride away. Residents can be a part of something truly unique as they are immersed in the community’s best amenity — the Summerhill neighborhood.”

Broadstone Summerhill is comprised of three residential buildings with 276 studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartment units.

Each open-floorplan unit is appointed with entry mud benches, wet-islands, plank-style vinyl wood flooring, custom cabinetry, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and Moen plumbing fixtures all within two finish scheme options.

Sustainably designed and built, the community will receive the National Green Building Standard (NGBS) Green Certification, a nationally recognized energy efficiency accolade.

Amenity spaces are dotted with artwork and locally-inspired knick-knacks, including vintage Coca-Cola and Delta advertisement pieces, retro Braves souvenirs, Olympic memorabilia, Atlanta songwriter portraits and many other tributes that “represent the rich history and nostalgia of Atlanta and Summerhill.”

The rooftop observatory and lounge are complete with indoor/outdoor seating areas, a wet bar, arcade games, Super Mario-inspired map of the Atlanta MARTA system, and a drink ledge overlooking views of Downtown Atlanta and the Georgia State Capitol.

A pitched-roof clubroom features locally sourced wood ceiling accents, flexible nano-window walls, a demonstration kitchen, and private workspaces.

There’s also a patio area near the duel-sided indoor/outdoor fireplace, a saltwater pool with two sun shelves, and gas grills, and a fitness center (which includes a quad-framed functional trainer).

Other community amenities include a pet park and spa, bike storage, guest suite, and 24/7 package concierge.
