The concept will be located at 999 Peachtree Street. “Coming Soon” signs, with branding and colors matching that of Spiller Park Coffee, have appeared in the windows.

The 999 Peachtree Street space is across from the historic Margaret Mitchell House and adjacent to the Hyatt Centric Midtown Atlanta hotel.

Dale Donchey became the majority owner of Spiller Park Coffee in 2019. The spot serving up specialty coffee drinks, decadent toasts and bagels has locations at Ponce City Market, in Toco Hills and at Moores Mill. An upcoming location is planned for Mitchell Street.

[Editor’s Note: This article has been updated to remove information about the exact concept going into the 999 Peachtree Street space. What Now Atlanta has learned that a previously named bagel shop will in fact not be the tenant, Donchey tells us.]
