Bacchanalia, Star Provisions Are Moving

West Midtown will soon bid farewell to two top-notch neighborhood institutions.

Star Provisions and Bacchanalia are moving 1.4 miles west, owner Anne Quatrano told Atlanta Magazine this week. In addition, recently created concept Little Bach will shutter “by the year’s end.”

Good news for West Midtown, though: Star Provisions To-Go will remain while providing only outside seating.

When Star Provisions’ lease expired at the end of last year, Quatrano wasn’t able to reach an agreement with landlord Michael Phillips, owner of Westside Provisions District, according to Atlanta Magazine.

However, the owner also told the publication that there is more to the move: “I don’t want to say that the issue was just rent, but I think we found another option that’s more interesting and better for us.”

The new space will be located across from Daltile Tile & Stone Gallery on Ellsworth Industrial Boulevard, in a 10,000 square foot complex designed by Perkins + Will, just 350 feet away from the BeltLine.
