Salad and Go is proposed for Grayson, according to a recent building permit application. The 1,000-square-foot restaurant would be built on Grayson Highway between Starbucks and Chase Bank.

There are currently no locations of Salad and Go in Georgia, but the company has expressed plans for growth, including into Southeast markets like Atlanta. A representative told What Now Atlanta that the company planned to have five to eight locations in the metro Atlanta area by the end of 2025.

A location has also been proposed for Duluth, as reported in April.

Salad and Go currently operates more than 130 locations across Arizona, Texas, Oklahoma and Nevada. The company is privately owned, and they currently have no plans to franchise.

The menu includes salads with house-made dressings, wraps, soup, breakfast burritos and lemonades and iced teas.
