1138 Peachtree would be a 45-story tower with 323 apartments and 21,500 SF of retail and restaurant space.

The property, being designed by SRSSA for Trillist, is meant to complement the forthcoming SLS Atlanta Hotel and Residences, which is planned to be erected across the street by the same teams.

When presenting the projects contemporaneously before the committee, developers used words such as “whimsical”,  “creative” and “engaging” to describe their vision of both properties, which would stand along Midtown’s contemplated Art Walk.

Retail and restaurant space would be accessed both from Peachtree Street and Crescent Avenue. Over 600 parking spaces would be located in a ten-level deck on the Crescent Avenue side of the property.

The committee believes the design of 1138 Peachtree has improved since the previous version submitted in January 2014.
