The Pig And The Pearl, from restauranteurs Todd Martin and Cindy Shera, the husband-and-wife team behind The Shed at Glenwood, will open in a portion of the now-shuttered Geisha House, according to the ABC’s report.

The Pig and The Pearl will be a smokehouse and raw bar concept.

Diner, a new concept from Chef Ron Eyester (owner and chef of Morningside restaurants Rosebud and The Family Dog), will open in the now-shuttered Fox Sports Grille space.

Dinner will be open seven days a week for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Chick-a-Biddy, from Chef Shaun Doty (owner of Bantam+Biddy in Midtown), is replacing The Grape at Atlantic Station, and will serve wood-grilled chicken and fresh vegetables.
