In addition to the regular menu items, the limited-edition Weekly Taco Features offer new recipes that change every seven days.

Exclusive to Mondays and available for pickup at the to-go window is the Backdoor Chicken, a rotisserie chicken brined and marinated in-house for 48 hours before being roasted over an open flame, served with six corn tortillas, three sides and scratch-made heat sauce. The restaurant also offers red velvet cake and boozy beverages.

The new Dunwoody location of Velvet Taco will be open Thursday from 11 a.m. to 2 a.m., Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 4 a.m., and Sunday to Wednesday from 11 a.m. to midnight.
