According to a building permit application with the City of Atlanta, the $1,500,000 development would bring three-story townhomes to 1540 Northwest Dr NW, near the English Park neighborhood. The project would add 59 attached townhomes and “associated roads, sidewalks, utilities and storm water facilities to an undeveloped parcel.”

This part of the project is labeled as “phase 1.” A water availability report from October 2023 indicates that 114 townhomes are proposed.

Cablik Enterprises, an Atlanta-based contractor and custom home-builder, is the team behind the project, also the team that proposed an eight-story, 24-unit multifamily apartment building in Old Fourth Ward in 2021.

Civil engineering and project management firm The Contineo Group is also working on the Northwest Drive project, according to the documents.

Cablik Enterprises could not immediately be reached for more information about the project.
