There will be one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans with open-concept design and full-size washers and dryers. The development will include a 7,000-square-foot clubhouse with a clubroom, gathering spaces, a fitness center and a remote work area. There will also be a large dog play area, a pool with cabanas, and a coffee bar.

The garden-style residences will complement planned 55+ active adult housing and a commercial component.

The Averly Collins Hill, a $76 million project, will deliver concurrently with the nearby 15-story Northside Hospital Gwinnett tower that is bringing 3,000 to 5,000 jobs to its location.

The development comes from ECI Group (ECI) with joint venture partner The Griffin Fund.

A $46 million construction loan was provided by Synovus.

“We are particularly appreciative of the confidence that Synovus demonstrated in this well-located and thoughtfully conceived development, providing ECI with the construction financing needed to start this project immediately and in the best window for delivery,” ECI Group CEO Seth Greenberg said in a news release.

The Averly Collins Hill will be located at 700 Collins Road, adjacent to University Parkway (SR-316) and near a Walmart-anchored shopping center.
