The concept from Salvaje World Restaurants is in the works at 1545 Peachtree St NE in the Peachtree Pointe building. There is currently only one stateside Salvaje location (in Miami), but the hospitality group also has its sights set on Chicago and Denver. Barcelona, Guatemala and Dubai are just some of the international locations where Salvaje can be found.

Salvaje focuses on “an innovative approach to Japanese signature cuisine.” The menu includes sushi, rice and robata-style meat, seafood and vegetables. Robata, short for robatayaki, refers to a Japanese grilling style. Diners can also sip on signature cocktails or finish their meal on a sweet note with a variety of desserts, like the Matcha Volcano cake.

In addition to the fine-dining culinary experience, Salvaje is marked by its lively atmosphere and entertainment.

“Wild things coming soon Atlanta!” reads the signage currently hanging outside the future Atlanta restaurant.

Salvaje Chief Project Officer Martina Maione said the location is expected to open in 2025.
