The grocer has signed a lease at the Cambridge Square shopping center, the Atlanta Business Chronicle reports. The new Publix is only about half a mile from the one that’s closing at Oglethorpe Crossing shopping center. It’s not clear when that store will be closing.

According to the news outlet, the new Publix location will have a drive-through pharmacy and more parking than the existing store.

Jacksonville, Florida-based real estate investment trust Regency Centers is revamping Cambridge Square. The shopping center also includes Starbucks, Jersey Mike’s and Rita’s Italian Ice. Kroger used to be the major grocery tenant at the center prior to closing several years ago.

Lakeland, Florida-based Publix has 208 stores in Georgia, and more than 1,300 total across seven states.

What Now Atlanta has reached out to the vice president of the grocer’s Atlanta division for more information.
