Branch Properties has acquired land for the nearly 71,000-square-foot development being called Braselton Village. The project is expected to break ground this summer and be complete in Q2 2025. It is located along Old Winder Hwy, less than a mile from Interstate 85, and across from the winery and resort Chateau Elan.

According to Branch Properties, the development will include a 48,387-square-foot Publix and 22,600 square feet of inline commercial space for “restaurants, service providers and retailers.”

Publix is expected to relocate from its current location at the nearby retail center, Vineyards at Chateau Elan.

Branch Properties is an Atlanta-based real estate investment and development firm founded in 1973. The firm focuses on grocery-anchored shopping centers, including several other Publix-anchored developments in the Southeast, like Summerhill Station in Atlanta.
