A sweet franchise is coming to a new development in Covington.

Nothing Bundt Cakes has signed a lease for a space at Jackson Market. Gary Woodward  (@wolfofpeachstreet on Instagram) of JLL helped secure the space. Joshua McBride of McBride Real Estate represented the landlord.

Founded in 1997, Nothing Bundt Cakes has more than 500 corporate and franchise locations. The shops sell bundt cakes in a variety of sizes and flavors, including red velvet, confetti and lemon.

A location of the cake shop is also planned for Sharpsburg.

Jackson Market is a new retail development located at 4115 Highway 278 NE. According to LoopNet, it has about 19,200 square feet of space. Tenant spaces range from 1,200 to 3,840 square feet.
