A building permit application shows plans for a multi-tenant retail space in the vacant lot at 1397 Campbellton Road SW that was once a gas station.
According to the building permit application, the estimated cost of construction for the planned one-story structure is $800,000.
According to construction documents, the site is approximately 22,409 square feet. The sidewalks surrounding the area will be removed and replaced. The asphalt around the retail center will include several parking spots.
Muradali Umani and Campbellton Prime LLC are listed as owners on the building permit application. Umani could not be reached for comment. Construction documents list Vantage Commercial Contractors as the developer.
According to a filing with the Georgia Secretary of State’s office, Campbellton Prime LLC was formed in 2016. The latest annual registration filing for Campbellton Prime LLC has 1397 Campbellton Road SW as its primary office address.
Skyline Engineering & Construction is also involved with the project.
No information on when the retail center would be open to tenants was immediately available.
