Nicky’s Undefeated will serve cheesesteaks, hoagies, pizza, ice cream and more. The restaurant will feature bread from a bakery in South Jersey and deli meat from Philadelphia, tapping into the roots of its owners, Michael Lo and Walt Gebelein.

The space at 2316 Main Street, next to PERC Coffee, was formerly occupied by Hot Betty’s Breakfast Bar. The counter-service restaurant with a bar will feature a blue and yellow color scheme.

Lo is well-versed in the restaurant scene. He is the president of Korean Wives Hospitality Group, the team behind Suzy Siu’s Baos at Krog Street Market, Ramen Station in Grant Park and Salaryman in Toco Hills. He told What Now Atlanta that Nicky’s Undefeated is separate from Korean Wives Hospitality Group.

Nicky’s Undefeated, expected to open this summer, is hiring for several positions.
