A new poke restaurant is expected to open soon southwest of downtown Atlanta.
Mii Mii Poke has applied for a permit for kitchen renovations. Renovations to the approximately 550 square foot space include additional sinks, five pendant lights, and staining and polishing the concrete floors.
Mii Mii Poke will be located in suite B at 833 Cascade Rd SW. The spot is in a retail complex that includes Hot Chocolate Hair Designers and Heavenly Delight Bakery. According to the permit application, the cost of construction is $3,000.
Owner Mia Woods told What Now Atlanta the target opening date is Sept. 9, 2023.
Mii Mii Poke will offer a variety of signature and create-your-own bowl options featuring tuna, salmon, shrimp and other fish, as well as musubi, a rice and Spam dish popular in Hawaii. According to the restaurant’s website, fresh ingredients will be sourced from local farmers and markets.
