“As a team always looking to join vibrant communities, it feels natural to plant roots along the BeltLine,” Steve Palmer, founder of the Indigo Road Hospitality Group, said in a press release. “We’re looking forward to serving this active, lively neighborhood, and we’re excited to offer a variety of experiences. Whether you’re coming in for a quick pizza and beer on our patio or have chosen to commemorate a special occasion with us, Indaco has something for everyone.”
The locally sourced, ingredient-driven menu features antipasti, wood-fired pizza, hand-rolled pastas and entrées to be enjoyed family-style or à la carte. Italian-inspired menu items include highlights like Grilled Octopus, Agnolotti, Bucatini, Brussels Pizza, Wood Fired Half Chicken and Whole Fish. A “for the table” option offers guests the option to let the chef team curate three courses, served family-style, for $55 per person. “Grab & Go” options will be available later this fall.
The wine program maintains a primary emphasis on Italian wines and is complemented by seasonal and classic cocktails as well as housemade sodas and spirit-free beverages, according to the press release.
Designed by Lindsay Rice and the team at David Thompson Architect, Indaco’s design was inspired by the patterns and pastel hues of the Amalfi Coast.
The 4,800 square-foot indoor dining space can accommodate up to 130 guests. The expansive outdoor dining space, accessible directly from the BeltLine, seats 45 guests and features both covered and non-covered dining areas, and a built-in bocce court. Indaco also has a glass-walled private dining room that opens directly to the outdoor patio area.
Indaco will be open for dinner from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, and 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
