According to real estate data acquired by What Now Atlanta, House of Ambrosia–a popular local catering company–may be settling into its first brick-and-mortar restaurant in Alpharetta.
Chef Rodney Griffin’s passion for food traces back to his childhood home in Memphis and led him to the Culinard Culinary Arts in Birmingham. Chef Rodney debuted House of Ambrosia in 2005 and has since grown a beaming reputation across the greater Atlanta area.
House of Ambrosia provides catering and event planning from start to finish for various events including weddings, private dinners, birthday celebrations, holidays, and family reunions. The catering company also offers cooking lessons, custom event decorating, and entertainment consultation and coordination.
The high-end catering company provides an authentic, southern boutique experience combining superb hospitality with exquisite southern-inspired fare, including Applewood Smoked Baby Back Ribs, Savory Stuffed Turkey Meatloaf, and Cajun Shrimp Pasta. House of Ambrosia coordinates delectable meals for groups as small as two and as large as 500.
House of Ambrosia will settle into the 5,372-square-foot vacancy at 2375 Mansell Road that had formerly housed Buffalo Wild Wings, which closed its doors last year during the pandemic. The new restaurant will be located at the intersection of Mansell Road and Beaver Creek Road, just across the street from Benihana and Passador Brazilian Steakhouse.
