EggRoll Boyz has some big time expansion plans in the works. According to lease intel, a physical location will be opening soon at 5815 Windward Pkwy. in Alpharetta.
The location is part of Windward Crossing, a retail and office space that includes modern co-working places, restaurants, and wellness centers. EggRoll Boyz will occupy suite 211 on the second floor, placing them right next door to another local restaurant that is also growing – Peachy Corners Café. Read our coverage on their expansion here.
EggRoll Boyz was started in 2019 by a group of local, multicultural chefs, foodies, and explorers, who have owned restaurants and served in some of the most iconic music festivals across the U.S. Their unique food offering is bursting with both familiar and exotic flavor that is inspired by travels across the globe.
With over 20 different giant gourmet egg rolls on the menu, the variety of specialty fillings include philly cheesesteak, pizza, enchiladas, tacos, buffalo, Cajun, and jerk chicken. Each roll is named after a performer, for example, “Cajun Boy” – a signature roll made with Cajun rice, crawfish, shrimp, Andouille sausage and topped with a signature remoulade sauce.
The Alpharetta location is set to open in January 2022. “Cats outta the bag. Our first brick and mortar location. Coming January 2022. Rooted in Alpharetta, Georgia,” a Nov. 1 Facebook post reads. “We are truly blessed & humbled by the love and support from each & everyone of our fans!! It’s an honor to be here, we look forward to serving you all soon.” The brand has not responded to requests for comment.
And that’s not all. EggRoll Boyz will also open opportunities for franchising in early 2022. For this, they are offering several options including stationary (full-service) restaurant and bar, quick-service restaurant, location-based units (kiosk units), and mobile units that can be moved to and from different events or locations.
EggRoll Boyz currently operates two food trucks that run throughout Georgia serving up their gourmet inspired egg rolls at special events and festivals.
