Highland Bakery Plans Downtown Location

Restaurant would be located at 25 Park Place by Woodruff Park.

Soon, Georgia Tech and Emory won’t be the only Atlanta college campuses with Highland Bakery locations.

Plans were filed last week for a buildout of almost 4,000 square feet for the new restaurant at Georgia State University’s 25 Park Place, adjacent to Woodruff Park.

A representative with the company confirmed the location to What Now Atlanta Monday morning and said the outpost would be a part of Highland Bakery’s current franchise expansion, but declined further comment. More details will be available in the near future.

Highland Bakery’s website currently lists seven existing locations with another currently underway in Downtown Decatur.
