Luxury real estate firm Harry Norman, Realtors has closed a sale tied to the highest price ever in Ansley Park, achieving a historical record of $5.4 million. The sale was co-listed by agents Erin Yabroudy and Danielle Napolitano.

The new construction built by Rick Blanchard, founder of CleverHouse, is located at 104 Westminster Drive NE and is steps away from Colony Square, Piedmont Park and the BeltLine. The property is 6,400 square feet, with five bedrooms, five full baths, three partial baths, a two-car garage with additional living space above, a covered porch and pool cabana, home theater space, and additional storage space.

“Ansley Park is one of Atlanta’s great intown neighborhoods, and it was an honor for CleverHouse to be the design-build company for this project,” Blanchard said in a press release.

The sale, which closed on Aug. 25, 2023, marked a pricing milestone for Ansley Park.

According to Realtor.com, the median home listing price for the neighborhood is $2.9 million. The second highest price for single family home listings in Ansley Park in 2023 is $4.995 million, while the lowest is $990,000.
