The community is being built at the intersection of Marietta Road and Jackie Moore Lane, near historic downtown Canton, Lake Allatoona and three major retail centers – Prominence Point, Canton Marketplace and Riverstone Plaza.

The first units of the project are expected to be complete in the second quarter of 2025.

Madison Canton will have a clubhouse, fitness center and a cyber lounge with workspaces. Outdoor amenities include a resort-style pool and deck with grilling stations, a dog park, a dog wash and pickleball courts.

The units will feature granite countertops and backsplashes, walk-in closets, full-size washers and dryers, and outdoor patios and balconies.

BenCo Construction, an affiliate of Madison Capital Group, is developing the project.

“We are excited to break ground on Madison Canton, a project that reflects our commitment to creating exceptional living spaces in rapidly growing communities,” Madison Communities Founder and CEO Ryan Hanks said in a press release. “Canton’s dynamic growth and vibrant community make it an ideal location for our luxury garden-style multifamily community. We look forward to delivering a unique living experience that combines modern amenities with the charm of Canton.”

Headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina, Madison Communities is an affiliate of Madison Capital Group. With offices in Atlanta, Nashville, Orlando, Dallas and Charleston, the company specializes in developing and managing suburban garden apartment projects.

Madison Communities is also the team behind the 262-unit Madison Trails community planned for Lawrenceville.
