Foundation Social Eatery opened it’s doors to its brand new Alpharetta location on December 9th, refreshed & refined by executive chef and owner Mel Toledo and wife Sandy, together with operating partner Nick Hassiotis.

The local staple will reintroduce itself – in a new neighborhood – with a menu featuring highlights like caviar service, burrata with sunchoke, black truffle, hazelnut gremolata, watercress, sunchoke chip & veal jus and scallop crudo with warm brown butter vinaigrette, parsley & capers, plus carbonara gnocchi with FSE bacon, poached egg, lardo, garlic bread crumb and veal jus and leek dusted flounder with gigante bean, melted leek, olive, tomato, rock shrimp, tarragon, caviar and beurre blanc. Favorites like mushroom ravioli, confit pork ribs and chicken bolognese remain, too – a celebration of the past & embracement of the present. The bar program will complement the cuisine, brimming with hand-curated wines, seasonal cocktails & local + regional brews.

Seating up to 161, the evolved concept will offer two patios: one covered with heaters & a fireplace for cold-weather months and fans for hot Georgia summers, alongside one open air patio. In the dining room, find a chef’s table overlooking the kitchen plus a combination of banquettes and table seating. Alongside the main restaurant, Foundation Social Eatery eagerly awaits the unveiling of sister concept Petite FSE, a Parisian-style bistro & market set at the front of the restaurant, serving as a daytime stop for coffee and a bite – dine-in or to-go. Targeting an early 2023 opening, the counter and case display will offer fresh-baked breads, take-home pastas, grab-and-go charcuterie boards, and more – while brunch service is set to debut in similar timing.

Foundation Social Eatery’s new location is at 55 Roswell Street, Suite 100, Alpharetta, Ga. and will be open Tuesday through Thursday from 5 to 9 p.m. and Friday & Saturday from 5 to 10 p.m. Petite FSE and Sunday brunch hours to follow.
