There’s a certain restaurant space on Cheshire Bridge Road that has long housed a series of prominent diners. Landmark Diner Jr. operated at 2277 Cheshire Bridge Road from 2005 to 2019, as an all-night diner with a huge breakfast menu. Prior to Landmark, the space was occupied by Dunk ‘n Dine, a popular neighborhood restaurant that operated for over four decades.

When Landmark closed quietly in 2019, there was much speculation about how the space would be used. Well, we’re pleased to report that, after about two years, the restaurant space will remain a restaurant.
Permit intel obtained by What Now Atlanta indicates 2277 Cheshire Bridge Road will soon house D & H Diner. A permit application for “interior improvements” to the existing restaurant anticipates the cost of construction at $40,000.00.
In an email to What Now Atlanta, Jade Cheong, a commercial real estate broker who serves as the head of commercial at KW Commercial Buckhead/Keller Williams Buckhead, said she assisted a client in the purchase of the property, and their tenant will open the diner. At present, the opening timeline for D & H remains unclear. It’s safe to say we’re all looking forward to getting the details on this new neighborhood spot.
Correction: A previous version of the article erroneously stated Jade Cheong is the owner of D & H Diner.

There needs to be an upscale diner on Cobb Parkway.
There is, a block from Sams Club and Walmart
The problem with that location is access! Cobb cut off the entrance to everything in the area badly! Only customers who are traveling N can enter.
