Six Bridges Brewing will be expanding beyond its original location in Johns Creek, and along with The Nest Cafe will be coming to the Crabapple Market mixed-used development in Milton.

Leases were brokered by Ackerman Retail’s Courtney Brumbelow and Haley Hartman on behalf of the landlord. Both businesses are planning 2021 openings.

“We’re seeing excellent leasing momentum at Crabapple Market,” Courtney Brumbelow, who was recognized at ACBR’s 2021 Million Dollar Club Awards as the No. 3 Retail Broker in Atlanta, said in the press release. “Restaurant, retail, and office tenants continue to gravitate to this project thanks to its growing and diverse tenant lineup and its highly walkable layout that offers the feel of a historic downtown.”

An office lease with Bear Medical Supply was also completed.

Both Savi Provisions and Twisted Cycle will reportedly be opening later this summer at Crabapple Market.

The Market, a 200,000-square-foot live-work-play development featuring retail, dining, and entertainment options as well as office space, will have a historic brick facade detailing and floor-to-ceiling arched windows.

The next phase of the development will reportedly include a stage for concerts, movies, and theatrical performances, a recreational path, and rooftop patios overlooking downtown Milton.

With Crabapple Market getting ready to open this spring, Six Bridges Brewing will reportedly open in the third quarter of 2021 with The Nest Cafe opening in the fourth.

Six Bridges Brewing will feature a taproom as well as a rooftop beer garden and The Nest Cafe will offer breakfast, brunch, and lunch.

“The Nest Cafe is delighted to become a staple in the downtown Crabapple and Milton community,” Nest Cafe Owner and Operator Jordan Segal said. “We can’t wait to be your favorite stop for a refreshing iced latte, our signature smoothies, our famous croissant breakfast sandwiches, or one of our bestselling panini creations.”
