New year, new look. A health and lifestyle club in Atlanta will be rebranding in 2024 after being sold to Life Time Inc.

Concourse Athletic Club will be reopening as Life Time Perimeter on Jan. 4, 2024, according to an email sent to members announcing that the property had been sold. Throughout 2024, the facility will undergo a multimillion-dollar renovation of the fitness areas, pools, tennis courts, dining area and more.

According to the announcement, certain amenities may be temporarily limited during the renovations. Members were directed to transition to a Life Time Inc. membership by Jan. 2, 2024.

Life Time was founded in 1992. The fitness brand has several locations in metro Atlanta, including outposts in Buckhead, Alpharetta, Sandy Springs, Johns Creek, Woodstock and Peachtree Corners. According to the company website, a location is also planned for North Druid Hills at the former Athletic Club Northeast, which closed earlier this year. The company has more than 170 corporate-owned locations.

Concourse Athletic Club is located at 8 Concourse Parkway, near Hammond Park in northern Atlanta.
