The new venture by the popular Atlanta-based chicken chain is a delivery kitchen concept combining three new virtual restaurants – Garden Day, Flock & Farm and Outfox Wings – alongside traditional Chick-fil-A menu items. Atlanta will be the next city to experience Little Blue Menu as Chick-fil-A plans to open the second location in its home base sometime next year.
According to Main Street Nashville, all food from Little Blue Menu will be prepared under one roof with customers able to mix and match offerings from the different virtual restaurants and have their meal delivered in one bundled order. Menu items include bone-in chicken wings with homemade sauces, marinated oven-roasted chicken and garden-fresh salads.
Named after Chick-fil-A founder S. Truett Cathy’s original blue menu at the Hapeville Dwarf House, Little Blue Menu is designed to continually change to provide customers with a variety of options.
“The flavor profiles are fantastic,” L.J. Yankosky, senior director of the beyond the restaurant team at Chick-fil-A, said. “The culinary team, led by Senior Culinary Lead Developer Stuart Tracy, is world-class, and the ingenuity they harnessed for each menu does not disappoint.”
True to its Chick-fil-A roots, Little Blue Menu will be closed on Sunday. The Nashville location is open from 7 AM to 8 PM, Monday through Saturday.
An exact date and location regarding the forthcoming Atlanta location has yet to be announced. A note on the brand’s website for it reads, “We’ve got our eyes on you in 2022!”
