Motivate Studios plans to open at The Avenue Peachtree City this summer. The studio will be located in a 2,000-square-foot space between Heirloom Donuts and LensCrafters.

The studios specialize in the Lagree Fitness Method developed by Sebastien Lagree, offering a “high-intensity, low-impact exercise method that tightens, strengthens, and tones by incorporating cardio, flexibility, strength, and endurance.” According to the company website, the movements incorporate the use of 600 muscles at once, making for a time-efficient workout.

Motivate Studios can be found across California. The Peachtree City location will be the first one outside the Golden State.

The Avenue Peachtree City, an outdoor shopping center, is welcoming several new tenants this year, including Beignets and Brew (open now), HOBNOB Neighborhood Tavern (opening this month), Kendra Scott (opening this summer), 9292 Korean BBQ (opening this summer) and Arhaus (opening later this year).
