A bar for residents and their guests is planned for the new Signal House.

According to a liquor license application, Signal House Dining will be a bar with “malt beverages, wine and distilled spirits” at 680 North Avenue NE in Ponce City Market’s new residential building. Food will be served as well. The space is 989 square feet and will have seating capacity for 30.

Signal House Dining LCC was formed in July 2023, according to a filing with the Georgia Secretary of State’s office.

The liquor license application for Signal House Dining was submitted by Joshua Riddle, director of operations for Oliva Restaurant Group, but he told What Now Atlanta that Signal House Dining is not affiliated with Oliva Restaurant Group.

The liquor license application for Signal House Dining is on the Neighborhood Planning Unit’s Aug. 28 agenda.

Signal House is part of Ponce City Market’s Phase 2. The 21-story residential development with 162 apartment units faces the BeltLine and includes 3,300 square feet of retail space. The first move-ins are scheduled for September 2023.
