Just Brunch originally opened in Duluth in 2022. The popular eatery is known for traditional breakfast and brunch items as well as chef-inspired creations, like bananas foster french toast and peach glazed salmon with crab fried rice, offering “an elevated brunch experience for everyone.”

Chef Keith Robinson, better known as Keith Kash, is behind the concept. The experienced restaurateur also owns Who’s Got Soul Southern Café (with locations in Lawrenceville, Decatur and Duluth) and Juiced Harlem Juice Bar in New York.

“We look forward to opening our second Just Brunch location and building on the culinary excellence we began 25 years ago with Who’s Got Soul Southern Café,” he said in a news release.

The eatery is expected to open at the Shops at Vinings Ridge in late 2025. Boutique real estate advisory terra alma secured the new location.

Just Brunch 2.0 will encompass expanded bar seating, serving their hand-crafted cocktails, mimosas and Bloody Marys. It will also feature fresh pressed juices and a barista program with coffee directly sourced from Ethiopian and Ugandan farmers, supporting sustainable practices and women farmers. Visitors at the Duluth location will be able to enjoy the fresh ground beans this fall.

Just Brunch Breakfast Bar in Duluth, located at 1950 Satellite Blvd, is open 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday.

In addition to his stateside restaurants, Robinson has also been involved with projects across the globe, including hotels in Africa – Medina Baye Residences in Kaolack, Senegal, and Chateau NaNa Willine in Accra, Ghana. Robinson will open new full-service restaurants at the hotels this fall. The restaurants will “tell a story bridging the culinary journey between America and Africa, highlighting the diverse origins of cuisines and the African impact on Asian, Spanish and American foods,” according to a news release.
