According to permits, the new 1,058 square foot space will be renovated with a budget of $40,000. Atlanta Breakfast Club’s other co-owner, Osiris Ballard, has been overseeing the buildout of the space.

The new restaurant is a partnership between Atlanta Breakfast Club and Phoenix Roasters, a locally-based non-profit coffee company.

Sanders said that the location will have a full kitchen that will focus on preparing different variations of chicken and waffles. The coffee selection will revolve around nitro cold brew rather than the typical drip coffee and espresso offerings seen at more traditional coffeehouses.

According to Sanders, the new restaurant will offer breakfast, lunch, and coffee all day, with likely open hours of 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
