Super Golden Buffet plans to open its second location at 915 North Point Parkway.

Jason Chaliff and Caden Herring of Rise Property Group brokered the $3.8 million sale of the property, a record-setting sale for a vacant restaurant in North Fulton. The 12,144-square-foot restaurant is located near North Point Mall.

This will be the second location of Super Golden Buffet, which is currently located in Lawrenceville at 2155 Riverside Parkway (which was also formerly a Golden Corral).

The restaurant serves more than 100 types of food, including sushi, hibachi, Chinese dishes, American favorites, fresh fruit and desserts. Pricing ranges from $12.99 for lunch Monday to Friday, $19.99 for dinner Monday to Thursday, and $20.99 for Friday dinner and all day Saturday and Sunday. They also offer to-go pricing.

“Indulge in a culinary adventure like no other, where every bite tells a story of our passion for exceptional food and service,” reads the website.

Super Golden Buffet manager Jack Yang told What Now Atlanta that the offerings at the new Alpharetta location are expected to be largely the same, but they also might add some items. It’s still too early to have an exact opening timeline, he said.
