The smoke shop is planned for 3830 Princeton Lakes Ct SW, according to a building permit application with the City of Atlanta. The 1,220-square-foot space in a one-story retail building was formerly occupied by Metro by T-Mobile.

The scope of work on the space is mostly cosmetic, including painting. The estimated cost of construction is $20,000, according to the building permit application.

Xhale City began in 2011 and now has more than 50 locations across Georgia. It is considered one of the largest smoke and vape supply outlets in the Southeast.

“Our goal is to break away from the negative stereotypes associated with traditional smoke shops and create a comfortable and luxurious atmosphere for all,” according to the company website.
