The Italian eatery is planned for 1058 Howell Mill Rd NW, according to a building permit application with the City of Atlanta. The site spanning 2,300 square feet in Midtown is next to Northside Tavern.

According to the application, the scope of work involves the “rehabilitation of existing ruins” and the construction of an exterior pavilion canopy. A new bar and new restrooms are also planned.

The Italian restaurant can currently be found in Buckhead Village, and it continues to grow its footprint across Atlanta; Yeppa & Co. was the first restaurant tenant signed at Junction Krog District, a mixed-use development in the works along the BeltLine Eastside Trail.

The menu includes Italian classics like pasta and pizza, along with cocktails and wine.

Yeppa & Co. comes from Pietro Gianni and Stephen Peterson, who make up the team behind other Atlanta-area culinary concepts, including Storico Fresco, Forza Storico and Pachengo’s.
