Over the years the business grew, and more people crossed state lines to come visit this entertainment and dining experience. In an interview with What Now Atlanta, co-owner, Tremayne told us that they had been planning to open a second location for a while.

The Thompsons had been looking to expand to Memphis when the Covid-19 pandemic slowed their plans. During this time a friend had told them to reconsider going to Atlanta, as they often had customers from the surrounding area. “We noticed that every weekend we had five or six people coming from Atlanta to visit,” said Johnson.

Slated to open sometime in February of 2022 on Windy Hill Road in Marietta, Tremayne teased exciting new culinary developments for the new location for which the exact address could not be disclosed. “There is going to be some new things on the menu that people are not used to seeing in a traditional American restaurant.” The new Marietta menu will focus on traditional American soul food with a southern twist.

Perfect Note’s original brick-and-mortar — pictured above — operates out of Hoover, AL, at 1845 Montgomery Hwy # 201. Make sure to check out their website for more information and a lineup of their performers.
