The soon-to-come restaurant and bar will be a part of Olive & Pine, an adaptive reuse development from Tin Drum Founder Steven Chan and Partners Andy Rutledge and Danny England.

As previously reported by What Now Atlanta, the Olive & Pine project in Avondale Estates replaces a 25,000-square-foot, 60-year-old warehouse.

NiteOwl Kitchen & Cocktail Bar is the brainchild of Naomi Lagardere and the owners of Handlebar ATL on Edgewood Avenue. One of Handlebar’s co-owner, Adonay Deglel, is also behind Edgewood Pizza.

While there is no set menu at the time, NiteOwl Kitchen & Cocktail Bar is a tiki-style bar that will serve pizza.

The latest in a string of announcements for Olive & Pine, NiteOwl Kitchen & Cocktail Bar is scheduled to open in Fall 2023 at 6 Olive Street Avondale Estates, GA 30002.

“The combination of the unique quality of the Olive & Pine building, where it is located
within the district, and the artistic nature of the surrounding area would make Olive &
Pine and Avondale Estates a very special place to visit,” Chan said in a previous statement to What Now Atlanta.

“We are honored to be making this project among amazing neighbors. We are committed to providing top-quality retail destinations and service businesses with local operators”.
