The retailer from design firm Tracery Interiors is set to open Monday, November 4, through Tuesday, December 31, according to the release.

“Ponce Living by Tracery is an idealized home store offering a taste of the much-anticipated residential experience at Ponce City Market,” Michael Phillips, COO of Jamestown, said in the release.

“Merchandise will showcase original art, floor coverings and distinctive accessories allowing guests a chance to become familiar with the intimate look and feel of the prospective Ponce lifestyle. The shop will be an inviting way to further engage the neighborhood during our redevelopment.”

Ponce Living by Tracery will occupy approximately 1,277-square-feet adjacent to Dancing Goats Coffee Bar in Ponce City Market’s future Flats leasing center in the former service building at the corner of Glen Iris and North Avenue.

  1. I have loved everything that PCM has done so far. REALLY LOVED IT. But: “allowing guests a chance to become familiar with the intimate look and feel of the prospective Ponce lifestyle.” ?!?!?! Seriously?!?! Couldn’t you have just let it be a cool pop up shop? This screams over-branded, uptight apartment community rather than the individualistic, hipster-foodie vibe that has laced everything else they’ve done. Guess even Jamestown can’t break every antiquated commercial real estate habit.
