Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurant is planned for 7660 North Point Pkwy, according to construction documents. The one-story restaurant will be more than 10,900 square feet and include a nearly 1,200-square-foot patio.

Tim McEnery founded Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurants in 2005. The restaurants aim to cultivate “a modern, casual dining experience with warm hospitality in an inviting upscale setting,” serving a menu of contemporary American-fusion food, with each menu item indicating a suggested wine pairing. A tasting room and retail store complement the restaurant. Their wine has won national and international awards.

Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurants has more than 55 locations across 11 states.

A site plan from real estate trust Brixmor indicates that the upcoming Alpharetta location of Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurant will be built adjacent to Chili’s and across the parking lot from Studio Movie Grill, at the Mansell Crossing shopping center. The site is near North Point Mall.

According to a filing with the Georgia Secretary of State’s office, Cooper’s Hawk Alpharetta LLC was first created in 2022.
