Named as a nod to the city, The A Bar & Grill is an upscale casual-dining concept curated and developed by global restaurateur HMSHost exclusively for the airport.

Formally Atlanta Chophouse and Brewery, The A Bar & Grill menu features American fare ranging from elevated steakhouse dishes, such as steak au poivre to salmon Oscar, to Southern classics like buttermilk-fried chicken and biscuits and gravy.

“We strive to offer our passengers and guests new and distinctive offerings as they travel through ATL,” ATL Deputy General Manager and Chief Commercial Officer Jai Ferrell said in a press release. “The opening of The A Bar & Grill is one of many exciting changes to come from the ATL Skypointe Reimagined project, as we continue to elevate the customer experience.”

ATL Skypointe Reimagined is a substantial refresh to the airport’s concessions program. The multi-phase, multi-year program will provide over 300,000 square feet of new food, beverage, retail and service offerings throughout the airport.

“HMSHost developed The A Bar & Grill to cater to the unique desires and needs of the traveler at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport,” HMSHost Vice President of Business Development Tosin Kasali said. “With so many ‘bleisure’ [business and leisure] travelers flying to or through the airport daily, we tailored the menu to provide them with a wide range of high-quality food and  beverage options, so they can enjoy something satisfying to fuel their journey. We are grateful for our continued partnership with Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport and are looking forward to travelers experiencing this new concept.”
